(6 month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business requirements) Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a Help Desk Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for end users requiring technical assistance. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues across hardware, software, connectivity, and user access. You will provide support via phone and email while managing and tracking all requests through ServiceNow. Provide first-level technical support for end users Troubleshoot issues including: Hardware and laptop issues Printing and connectivity problems Remote access issues Create, update, and resolve tickets using ServiceNow Follow up with users to ensure timely issue resolution Assist with hardware/software asset management Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment ✅ Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in Help Desk or phone-based IT support (L1/L2) Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in a Call Center or IT Help Desk environment Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred) Financial Services industry experience is a plus Exposure to FIS-IBS systems is an advantage Quick learner with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Opportunity to grow in a dynamic IT support environment Exposure to enterprise-level tools and systems Collaborative and supportive team culture Interested candidates?
