Key Responsibilities

• Work with OCM, technical training team, and end-users to produce final designs
• Create innovative solutions for a wide variety of product challenges including training, process and dashboard journeys on different platforms including mobile, desktop
• Present design work to multiple teams for review and feedback
• Contribute to the group's shared knowledge of user-centered design and research
• Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration
• Demonstrate knowledge of instructional design principles, including blended and eLearning course development best practices
• Facilitate discovery with stakeholder and build design briefs based on detailed user-interface specifications
• Incorporate company brand standards and tone of voice into creative work; create standards/guidelines for new projects to ensure consistency

Minimum Position Qualifications

• 5+ years high volume in Graphic Design and/or Web Design
• 5+ Any proven experience developing training solutions utilizing a variety of methods
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience in designing for Learning Experience Journeys
• Attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in 3 or more of the following: HTLM/CSS, print marketing design, packaging design/production, digital marketing design, including email and retargeting ads, animation/interactive design, and UX/UI
