Description:
This role will focus on the administration, configuration, optimization, documentation, training, and ongoing support of enterprise business technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize business technology platforms. Manage users, roles, permissions, licenses, and subscriptions. Configure workflows, dashboards, automations, and reports. Partner with business and technical stakeholders. Develop SOPs, process maps, user guides, and knowledge-base materials. Deliver user training and ongoing technology support. Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption. Coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5%2B years administering enterprise SaaS/business applications such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Microsoft 365, and/or SAS Viya. 5%2B years configuring workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, automations, permissions, templates and other system components. 3%2B years of experience with software licensing & subscription management, technical/operational documentation, user guides, training materials & instructional resources, and business process analysis and technology improvement. Must have DL & 2 references from recent project.
