We're seeking the right team member who can assemble our premium offshore fishing boats. Are you mechanically inclined and ready to work as a team to achieve results?
This team member will focus on installation of decks, hardware components, bilge system, water, hydraulic & fuel fittings, hoses, tanks and connections. You will perform electrical assembly of consoles, install and connect electrical wiring and components followed by inspection of all installed parts. This includes routing, terminating, and securing marine-grade wiring, installation of electrical panels, switches, batteries, and electronic components, and verifying proper system function.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, protective suits, dusts masks and respirators
• The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Employees must be able to work a 10-hour shift or more in one work day including planned and unplanned overtime
• Exhibits ability to work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous conditions
